TECHNICIANS * MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN- Will be
responsible for the assembly and disassembly of electro-mechanical
assemblies, performing product tests and collecting test data. Candidates
should be familiar with the use of mechanical and electrical measuring
instruments and computerized test equipment. Qualified applicants should
also possess strong PC skills and mechanical aptitude.

* ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN- An Immediate
need has developed for an Engineering Technician. This candidate will be
working with Engineers performing assembly of SMT PC boards and
testing. Candidates should be able to read schematics, troubleshoot to
component level and have excellent soldering skills.

FIBER OPTIC TECHNICIANS –Will be responsible for the fabrication of fiber
optic cable assemblies and modules. Candidates should be
experienced with Fiber Optic Splicing,

* PROTOTYPE TECHNICIAN - Will be
responsible for R & D efforts within a prototype engineering environment.
Candidates should be familiar with bread-boarding circuits, component
level troubleshooting and test fixture development.

* CALIBRATION TECHNICIANS-
Responsibilities will include the repair and calibration of assigned test
equipment to customer or manufacturer’s specifications. Candidates should
be familiar with one or more of the following: Electrical Instruments,
Pressure/Temperature Gauges, or Measurement Instrumentation. PMEL training
would be a plus.

* RF TECHNICIANS- Will be responsible
for tuning RF/Microwave equipment to customer specifications. Candidates
should be familiar with the use of RF test equipment and standard

* MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS- Will be
responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repair to high speed
manufacturing equipment. Candidates should be familiar with AC/DC motors,

* REFRIGERATION TECHNICIANS-Will be
responsible for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems for a
manufacturing facility. Qualified candidates should possess a working
knowledge of refrigeration cycles and ammonia control piping.

ASSEMBLERS
* PC BOARD ASSEMBLERS - Will be
responsible for the assembly of surface mount and through-hole printed
circuit boards and soldering. Candidates should be experienced with solder
touch-up and be able to follow assembly diagrams. Fine pitch soldering
experience and an IPC certification would be helpful for some positions.
* E/M ASSEMBLERS-Responsibilities will
include the assembly and wiring of large electrical control panels.
Candidates should be experienced with point to point wiring and cable
harnessing. The ability to read schematics and blueprints would be
helpful.
* MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS- Candidates
will be responsible for the assembly of large industrial machinery
systems. Applicants should be experienced with the installation of
sub-assemblies, the use of standard hand/power tools, and have the ability
to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
* CABLE ASSEMBLERS – Will be
responsible for measuring, cutting and crimping multi-strand cables.
Soldering skills are a plus.
* COMPOSITE ASSEMBLERS-Will be
responsible for the fabrication of structures using composite materials.
Candidates should be familiar with lay-up techniques and be able to read
mechanical drawings.
* SMT OPERATORS- Will be responsible
for the setup and operation of surface mount machinery. Candidates should
be able to identify electronic components and be able to accurately follow
process documentation. Entry level positions are also available.
INSPECTORS/QUALITY CONTROL
* INCOMING INSPECTOR- Will be
responsible for the incoming inspection of sheet metal panels and other
mechanical components. Candidates should be able to read/interpret
blueprints and be proficient in the use of mechanical inspection tools
such as micrometers, calipers and measurement tapes.

WELDING INSPECTORS- Will
be responsible for performing weld inspection in accordance with
applicable inspection and quality standards. Candidates who possess
current Welding Inspection Certifications are preferred.

QUALITY MANAGER- Will
support all areas of manufacturing including the determination of quality
system requirements, contract review, support of audits and the
communication of quality performance to customers and vendors. Candidates
should be familiar with mechanical and electrical systems within a
technical manufacturing environment.
* QC INSPECTORS- Will be responsible
for in-process and final inspection of surface mount and through-hole
printed circuit card assemblies. Candidates should be able to accurately
inspect PCB’s for solder integrity and proper component placement.
INVENTORY CONTROL
* MATERIALS MANAGER - A need has
developed for a Materials Manager to supervise the Inventory Control Area.
Candidate must have experience managing a materials control area in a
manufacturing environment. Electronics experience would be preferred. Must
be familiar with Shipping & Receiving, Kit Pulls, Parts Shortages, etc.
