History and Services

Tri-Serv, Inc. was founded in 1968 to provide Temporary, Temporary to Direct and Direct employment services. Our corporate office is located in Timonium, MD, a suburb of Baltimore. We are experienced in recruiting all types and levels of technical personnel. We do this by constant communication with our client companies as well as with candidates in search of new opportunities. A relational database is maintained on all resumes submitted to Tri-Serv to maximize exposure to the employment opportunities available as well as to assist us in rapidly filling our clients' personnel needs. Temporary Services

Tri-Serv has Temporary assignments & candidates available for short term and long term positions. Contract staffing has become a standard in the work force today and will continue to be so in the future.

Temporary to Direct

Temporary to Direct positions are considered to be the test drive of job opportunities. Clients and candidates get the opportunity to evaluate each other. If mutually agreed upon, the candidate will be hired after the evaluation period is complete. (Normally 3 months)
